Cooking with Nomadica — Pineapple Char Siu Salmon

Pineapple Char Siu Salmon

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Salmon
3 tbs Bowlcut Char Siu BBQ sauce
1 tbs Honey
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsb Pineapple juice
Slices of pineapple

DIRECTIONS

Mix char siu, honey, soy, and pineapple juice together.
Brush glaze on salmon and add one slice of pineapple on top.
Bake 400 degrees for 6 minutes, then broil for 4 mins [basting occasionally (optional)
